Web Programmer
Responsibilities: 

• Plans, designs, develops, tests, coordinates and implements online version of computer-based learning, assessment and other types of record management programs.
• Implements design for new website or reconstruction of existing websites
• Analyzes requirements of new and/or enhanced online programs and systems.
• Conducts necessary research prior to online program development and/or modifications of existing ones
• Prepares detailed online program specifications
• Develops procedures and operating instructions
• Prepares documentation of completed online programs
• Provides technical support including assistance in the program installation (new or upgrade) and familiarization of users
• Learns new programming language as required by the project on hand or by the Management to keep up with the changing trend in IT

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Knowledgeable in PHP, HTML and Javascript.
• Knowledgeable in jQuery, MooTools, CodeIgniter (is an advantage)
• Proficient in MySQL, SSH, FTP, Webmin and RDBMS.
• Excellent English communication (both verbal and written)
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in web development including planning, design, programming and implementation
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
